Dr. Flinn was born in Kettering, Ohio graduating from Archbishop Alter High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Xavier University and his degree in Dentistry from Case Western University School of Dentistry. Dr. Flinn began practice with the Dental Health Group in 1977 and purchased the practice from Dr. Gene Shafer in 1991. Dr. Flinn is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio State Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society, American Academy of Dental Group Practices and a charter member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry

Dr. Schuster was born in Salem and graduated from Salem High School. He attended Ohio State University for his undergraduate work, obtained his degree in Dental Science from Case Western University and completed a residency at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Schuster began his practice with the Dental Health Group 1997 and joined the Dental Health Group Corporation in 2001. Dr. Schuster is a member of the American Dental association, the Ohio Dental association, Corydon Palmer Dental Association and the American Academy of Group Practices.
